IBS has always remained committed to air cargo business and continues to invest into iCargo, its flagship product for the management of air cargo business of airlines and handlers. 38 global airlines and handlers have deployed iCargo for the end-to-end management of all facets of their air cargo business from sales, operations, handling, ULD, mail, revenue accounting and revenue management. The iCargo community of global airlines and handlers is representative of the global scope and scale of the product that IBS has built from scratch and continue to maintain to world-leading industry and software standards.

IBS Cargo Forum (ICF) is the key event where global leaders of customer airlines and handlers converge once every six months to discuss and take steps towards the progress of the iCargo Community. Started in 2012, the event has been running successfully with 19 face-to-face events globally and two virtual editions during the pandemic years.

The 22nd edition of ICF will be happening in Bangkok from the 19th to 21st, March 2024. The Athenee Hotel, Bangkok, would host the event for three days that will see business and technology leaders brainstorm on topics that are relevant for tackling the “now” without losing focus on the future. IBS will also be showcasing the on-going product investments that would provide every customer with the right iCargo tools to be successful in their air cargo business.
